Take Me Out To The Ballgame!

We were very busy this past weekend. Friday night we celebrated Chinese New Year with all of our China families and I was having so much fun visiting with the adults that I didn't take any pictures of the little ones running around playing. Since the children are getting older we can actually sit together and talk without too many interruptions. A great time was had by all. Saturday we headed out to the baseball field for a 50 inning fundraiser for our junior varsity and varsity baseball teams. We were there to cheer the junior varsity team on. A few weeks ago after much practice and conditioning Land found out that he had made the JV baseball team. We are so very proud of him. He loves sports and is truly dedicated to doing his best when he is on a team. Every afternoon is filled with driving him to and from practice and soon he will have games 2-3 times a week. But as you can see below we are ready for our time at the games! Clara Beth and Emanuiel had their gloves and ball ready for their own little ball game Saturday afternoon.
