Hello all, today I am going to post just a few of the many faces of Clara Beth that we get to see. This is the one she makes when she is sleepy. I saw this one at two thirty this morning right after she finished her bottle. It kind of reminds me of some of the little old Chinese men I've seen on the streets outside our hotel!
This cutie is the one we refer to as her Popeye face! Couldn't you just eat her up! She does this when she's playing with us.
This is a personal favorite of mine, where she's Daddy's girl. She loves putting her face right up next to his.
I think we caught this one in the middle of a rollover. We snapped and then she was off again!!
Here's the picture you been waiting for at Ninety Six Primary....Our girls...Clara Beth(minus her pink hairbow), Rebekah Grace, and Geordyn. Aren't they precious!!!
Today was very interesting, taxis whisked us away to a store very similar to Walmart. We ate at McDonalds first, very much like ours at home. Clara Beth had quite the stinky while we were there so we asked where we could change her and they led us to the back of the restaurant where a Chinese lady pulled out two chairs and motioned for us to sit down and change her. We were right at the back where people were eating!!! They didn't mind so we sat down and I went to work with her spread across both of our laps!!!! Mind you it was a very messy one indeed!! Then we proceeed to shop as crowds gathered around us to watch. It was like being in a
parade. People would come up smile and grab our babies by the hands and feet. Thank goodness Anna Kayla could translate some of what they were saying. I don't know what we will do without her, she leaves tomorrow. Please pray for safe travel for her. She has been great helping us with the language. The Chinese people love to hear her speak.
Tonight we ate some of the spicy Hunan food and I'll have you to know I can multitask quite well. I feed Clara Beth and ate with chopsticks at the same time!!! Sheila I will be sending you that picture for you to share!! I must run, I need my rest tomorrow we are off to see a mummy!!!!

What a beautiful face. I can't wait to get my hands on her. I have been sharing the pictures with my class. Jeremiah will be so excited to see his little sister. Clara Beth is so expressive. Looks like you have a little drama queen on your hands. When I saw the three of them sitting together I could imagine 3 best friends for life. I am praying for Anna Kayla. (Hope Ms.Anderson isn't checking as well!!!!!) Seeing these adorable dolls makes me think i might want to reconsider retirement!!! Nah!! Better yet, I will make myself available for back-up daycare for FREE!!!!!!!

Hello Robin and Paul, HOW PRECIOUS! God has blessed you all in such a precious way. I am soooo happy for you. I can't wait for Pop to see these pictures. I have tears and cold chills at the same time. What a journey and one you all will always remember. These pictures are priceless. I can't wait for you all to come home and what a homecoming that will be. I talked with Duck today and what excitement....this is just beyond words. love ya, Nana
OH I just love these updates! Clara Beth looks so completely comfortable and at ease, it's as if she was just waiting for y'all to show you her extremely expressive personality!!! And I LOVE the picture of the 96 babies on the couch - I could just keep staring at that picture. Thanks again to Anna Kayla for sending me pics of all the babies - that was the first time I could really see the Werts baby and HOW PRECIOUS! And please tell Lynn that I was finally able to locate her blog but I can't post on it for some reason but I wanted her to know I saw it and Rebekah Grace is just so adorable - they all are!!! THANKS for continuing to keep us updated - I'm lovin' it! : ) Please have Anna Kayla call me when she gets home to the States. It will be fun to hear some details from her trip!

What a precious baby!! I love the picture of the three China Dolls. Clara Beth looks like she is a lot of fun! I know ya'll are having a great time with her! She is precious! I can't wait to see her in person. I will be praying for Anna Kayla to have a safe trip home. I know Land is enjoying being a big brother!! Miss you!!!!!

Clara Beth is such a beautiful little girl. Inside and out (minus the restaurant diaper changing details). I am sure you will have many more of "these" type stories after your plane ride home.

Wow! What can we say??? Allie and I are just loving (well, and everyone else too)checking up on the blog so we can see pics. THANK YOU for posting them. It is so great to get to be a part of this with you guys. I have to tell you I was in tears seeing Paul with his little girl, knowing this is the first time she's ever had a daddy love on her. What a blessing you guys will be to her. Thank you for allowing God to use you to touch a life. Please pass on all our love to the other babies and mommies and daddies...we haven't been able to correspond with them. Give them all a hug from the South Asia Critters and know that we are thankful for our friendship with each of you! We love you!
