Father's Day At Our House

Our day began early with a special breakfast for Dad of Bacon Quiche, Blueberry Yeast Rolls, strawberries and coffee. Once that was finished the preparations for our Father's Day lunch began. The table was set.............. then we were off to church. Here it is all ready and waiting for our return.
After church we gathered together and enjoyed Stuffed Pasta Shells, Tossed Salad and Crusty Parmesan Toasted Bread. We finished it all off with warm Blueberry Crisp topped with French Vanilla Ice Cream. Yum!!!!! It was a wonderful meal to toast a great Dad and Grandad. (Papa Ty and Granny joined us for lunch)

We had a little entertainment before lunch that was enjoyed by all. These two are quite the performers!!!

Here are ALL of my sweeties stuffed and happy to be together!!

And here's a shot of us (I still have my apron on!!) so happy to be able to celebrate a great day with a greater Dad!! We love you sweetie and we hope you had a wonderful Father's Day!!!
Until next time..................I'm off to pack for the beach!!! Seven Days of relaxation!!!!

Have You Seen Our Smiles????

For some reason my attempt to get them to smile for these pictures was useless. We couldn't find a smile anywhere!!! Maybe you've seen our smiles they seem to be missing.............
Mr. Rabbit didn't have them.................

Emanuiel tried but it just wouldn't come...............

That's okay I know our smiles will be back soon.

Here comes a little one, now if we could just find Clara Beth's!!! We'll just have to keep looking!
Until next time...................
I hope you find lots to smile about this weekend!!!!

Showering Friends

This was a fun and busy weekend. On Saturday I helped host a Kitchen Shower Brunch for a dear friend's daughter. The tables were beautifully set. Here's a peek at the Kitchen table all ready for dining.
We had the most delicious food. Breakfast casserole, quiche, fruit, Lemon Poppy Seed Bread, Blueberry Muffins and this Butter Pecan Coffee Cake!

The dining room table ready and waiting for our guests.

Lovely wrapped presents waiting to be opened.

And the bride to be savoring every moment! We all had a great time and are so thankful to Margaret for opening up her beautiful home for us to shower Meagan with fun gifts and sweet blessings.
Until next time....................
Ezekiel 34:26 NIV

Isaiah 61:10 NIV
I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
