A quick post and lots of pictures. We visited the park in Nanning, about a five minute walk from our hotel. There were lots of fun things to do, of course Land(our hunting expert) found something to shoot.

This was one of the most unusual activities I have ever seen. People get into plastic balls and they blow them up then they float around attached to a string. No, we didn't try this, afraid the air might run out before they pulled us in!!!

This sweet family followed us around for a few minutes, disappeared and then reappeared with a model car for Feng Feng. They watched us, laughed and giggled and then this little boy came over and gave it to him. So kind.

In the People's Park. Enjoying some cookies!!!

Finally we arrived at the White Swan, it's everything we expected and so much more (Nancy, I hope you get to stay here!) This is the sweeties playing(and having so much fun) in the Swan Room. It's a great place to meet and talk with other adoptive families. Emanuiel(Feng Feng cried when we left) He's very serious about eating and playing!!!

Us in front of the famous waterfall!!!! Emanuiel wanted down to get closer to the water, imagine that!

Us in the lobby in front of the Jade Dragon Boat carving right before we headed off to a very interesting meal!!

At the restaurant, that expression on my face is because Land had just discovered that there was a cat under out table, yes you read that correctly. I jumped up and tried very hard to explain to our waitress by saying Meow, Meow that we had a cat under the table. She very calmly picked him up and took him out. Why Land even looked under there is beyond me, but I sure am glad he did. Needless to say I didn't have much of an appetite after that!! I will be checking under all tables from here on out!! Well that about wraps up our day, until tomorrow, goodnight from Guangzhou!!!!!

I'm loving your blog! So glad that everything is going so well! Emmanuel is so handsome! He and Clara Beth are quite a pair! Please pray for us- we found out that our dossier is just in review at 120 plus days. I couldn't believe it. I am heartbroken. Praying for a miracle. Can't wait to read tomorrow! love, Kim
UNBELIEVABLE to see how well both Emmanuel AND Clara Beth are adjusting. Yes, yes, yes, God is so good and his ways are wonderful! Emmanuel is adorable and seems to fit right in as a Cobb. Amen to sleeping through the night already! Can't wait to meet Cooper's new playmate. Praying for a safe and easy return home. Love from the King's
What beautiful pictures of a beautiful family. We are so glad you all are having such a wonderful trip. Yikes - we never found a cat under the table. I would most definitely have lost my appetite too.
Continue to love your blog! It's amazing to watch your beautiful family grow! I am so happy for all of you and continue to send my prayers.
love,

Good to see you all having such a good time! I had to laugh about Emmanuil and his eating and playing. Hummm...At least you did not see the cat in a cage in the kitchen area. A friend of ours who went on a mission trip to a southwestern part of China saw that while they were eating...He was pretty sure they at it's companion for supper!
We have loved following your trip! We will be praying for your safe travel home. Just wanted you to know... you can also do the bubble in the water activity in your beautiful state of SC. Our son recently did it at Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach. Just in case you get brave....It made me laugh to see they were doing the same thing in CHina.
I love the expression on your face when you discover the cat. i would have the EXACT same face!

People in our travel group did that bubble thing in the water too. It was fun to watch them :)
